Le Journal is a pregnancy and baby memory keeper. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Private by design: your journal is yours.
What we collect
When you use Le Journal, we store the pregnancy, baby, and family information you enter directly into the app: timeline entries, journal notes, doctor visit records, photos, voice notes, and PDF book content. If you contact us or join the newsletter, we also store your name and email address.
How we use your information
Your journal content is used only to power the app for you: displaying your timeline, generating your keepsake PDF book, and syncing your entries across your own devices. Contact form submissions are used to respond to your message. Newsletter emails are used only to send product updates you opted into.
What we don't do
We do not sell your personal information or journal content. We do not use your pregnancy or baby data for advertising or share it with third-party marketers.
Data storage and security
Your data is stored using industry-standard encrypted infrastructure. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or request deletion of your account and journal content at any time by contacting us. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter using the link in any email.
Children's privacy
Le Journal is intended for use by parents and expecting parents. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information directly from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Meaningful changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
